Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Reservation: All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or via phone. 50% of service charge will be the non-refundable deposit which is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will allow the deposit to be applied to a future booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in a loss of the deposit. A new booking and deposit will be required for rescheduling. Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the session before the shoot begins. We accept cash & credit cards. Image Delivery: Final edited images will be delivered within 7-10 business days after the session via a secure online gallery. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for their own wardrobe, makeup, and grooming unless additional services are booked in advance. Rights and Usage: The client will receive a license to use the final images for personal and professional purposes. The photographer retains the copyright to all images.
